Equipment Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing vehicles & equipment.
• Experience with National boom truck crane.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to repair National cranes, various trucks, and equipment, such as stump grinders, chippers, excavators, and skid steers.
• 2-5 years of experience at minimum.
• Ability to work independently.
• Welding experience helpful.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Diagnostic ability with electrical & hydraulic issues.

Requirements

• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
• Own tools preferred, but not necessary.
• Punctual with a positive attitude.
• Must be energetic, hard-working and detail-oriented.
• Have reliable transportation to work with valid driver’s license.
• Must pass drug test, background check and doctor’s physical.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
